At Lowkey Threads, every order is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand production partner. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
WE DO COVER YOU IF:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
- Your order was lost in transit
TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT: Email us at info@lowkeythreads.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
WE DO NOT COVER:
- Size exchanges (please check our size chart before ordering)
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
