Every shirt is printed just for you when you order — that's how print-on-demand works, and it's why nothing we make ends up in a landfill clearance bin.
- Production: 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your order.
- Delivery: 3–8 business days via tracked shipping within the US.
- Total: most US orders arrive within 5–12 business days.
- Free US shipping on orders over $50.
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved in a while, email us — we'll chase it so you don't have to.
Returns & replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain wrong, email info@lowkeythreads.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping, no interrogation.
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for size changes or change of mind — please check the Size Guide before ordering (it takes 60 seconds and we wrote it to be actually useful).
